Our group fitness sessions are designed and structured to suit ANY fitness level and are a great way for you to reach your own personal goals. We want to help you achieve more than you thought you could offering a variety of exercises at every session. Our "Mums On Track" sessions are perfect for mums and women looking to get fit and motivated in a friendly atmosphere where each workout includes some fun, laughs and plenty of smiling faces. Not to mention the convenience of being able to bring the kids along. From cardio training to weights and resistance training, bootcamp style training, circuit training, team and individual tasks and much, much more, we've got your fitness and exercise needs covered. We'll even supply the equipment, an awesome location to train on (including a huge playground for the kids), an undercover area for when it rains, toilet facilities and plenty of parking. Sessions are on a completely casual pay as you go basis with bulk session cards also available at discounted prices – ask Shannon about these today!
